A banquet at brilliant New Year's, it's teppan-yaki full-course dinner of period limitation [iron plate yakizui].
"Iron plate yakizui" which can enjoy a live sense of the cooking which is completed immediately while enjoying conversation with a chef.
I prepared a special course of New Year's limitation featuring a steak of the brand cow selected carefully. One piece with hairy crab and ear shell also appears on the luxurious line-up of the lobster, the sea urchin and the foie gras for dinner for lunch.
Please be satisfied with the meal which congratulates on a new year as well as a wine pairing of a sommelier suggestion.
