"Iron plate yakizui" then, a technique of Japanese-style cooking of Osaka origination is taken in and the teppan-yaki of an original "French Japanese-style cooking" style completed by an iron plate right in front of the guest is offered.
Then a new course "Osaka TIME" can have feel the ingredients made in Osaka where I change with a season, the wit present-day Osaka has and open-minded culture through all 13 dishes at which originality was concentrated.
